LifeSci Biotechnology Clinical Trials Index
Effective at the market close on Tuesday, February 21, 2023, CINC will be removed from the LifeSci Biotechnology Clinical Trials Index and its value will be redistributed to the remaining index components based on their weights.
- On January 9, 2023, CinCor Pharma, Inc. announced that it would be acquired by AstraZeneca for $26.00/share in cash plus a non-tradeable contingent value right of up to $10.00. The tender offer is expected to expire in late February 2023.
